Tim has eighteen years in the commercial real estate brokerage and development field. He is a Principal Partner at Diversified Partners, a Scottsdale, AZ based retail development company that specializes in retail development throughout the United States.

Tim started his real estate career in the late 1980’s and moved to Los Angeles during one of the most difficult economic environments Southern California had even seen. Determined to succeed, utilizing his skill sets and work ethic, he “learned the business” when most others were bailing out. At CBM (the property management and leasing affiliate of Los Angeles based LaMancha Development), Tim was named 1990 Rookie of Year, and then in 1991, Employee of Year. He was quickly promoted to Director of Real Estate for the San Diego Regional office, a position he held until 1995, before moving to Arizona. In Arizona, Tim held the title of Minority Partner at Retail Brokers, Inc. (RBI) from 1995 to 2000 and earned Top Producer and Employee of the Year honors in 1996.

Over his real estate career, Tim has developed more than six million square feet of commercial real estate ranging from single tenant buildings to regional retail lifestyle centers. The company’s resumé includes ten Super Walmart anchored shopping centers, two Home Depots, a Super Target anchored shopping center, over fifteen LA Fitness anchored developments, and numerous other retail projects throughout Arizona and the United States. Tim has participated in the brokerage, sale or purchase of over $700M in commercial real estate throughout the United States, highlighted by the sale of the Diversified Partners developments San Tan Gateway in 2006, for $62M and Superstition Gateway in 2008 for $114M.

Tim’s vast relationships within the commercial real estate community include: national retail tenants, publicly traded banks and financial institutions, public/private REIT’s, major brokerage firms across the United States, government relationships at the State and City levels in Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina.

Tim’s track record of success and unparalleled work ethic have garnered him respect amongst his peers in the commercial real estate field. He has been selected by International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) to represent the retail development community on numerous panels at industry programs and seminars. Socially he enjoys pursuing his love of family, charitable endeavors, and a passion for motor sports. Tim’s motor sports endeavors include car sponsorship in the Indy 500, NASCAR Busch series, and SCORE Off-Road truck series. He has competed and finished the Tecate BAJA 1000 off road race in Baja, Mexico. Tim is married to Jackie Sloan Dollander of Paradise Valley, AZ, and they are raising three daughters. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, MN (BS – Finance and BA – Computer Science ’88).

Eric Strader began his commercial real estate career in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2001 with Diversified Partners. In 2006 he and his family made the decision to move to the Scottsdale, Arizona office to further expand his career. Eric is responsible for the leasing, structure, facilitation, negotiation and closing of commercial real estate transactions. In addition he has lead multiple development projects from entitlements to construction throughout the Southwest.

Eric is a successful entrepreneur with two decades in the retail industry before entering the commercial real estate field. This unique experience has given him the ability to understand all facets of a business life cycle illustrated by roles as an investor, manager, partner and owner. Eric established his retail career as a buyer and partner which led to the expansion of the business into the online sales arena. He sold the thriving company and joined Walt Brown and Diversified Partners as an integral part of his real estate team in all facets of the commercial real estate business. Eric has utilized his business skills acquired in retail to rapidly accelerate in the commercial real estate industry.

On a personal level, Eric is happily married to Kelli Strader and they have two young sons, Daxton and Devon. Eric is an active coach in the North Scottsdale Soccer Club and the McDowell Mountain Ranch Little League where critical life skills such as leadership, sportsmanship, teamwork and discipline are shared with today’s youth. He was a collegiate baseball player and is a current player for a nationally recognized men’s fastpitch softball team. In his sports career over the past thirty years, he has been numerously awarded All American titles for his efforts. He is also an avid golfer and an active volunteer for his church. Eric attended the Professional Golf Management program at New Mexico State University and today is a competitive amateur golfer.

Larry Brown is responsible for the new business development, leasing and sales efforts of Platinum Management Company. Larry’s background represents over fourteen (14) years of related professional real estate experience and is diverse in all aspects of property management from leasing, brokerage and commercial development. Larry is one of the founders of Diversified Partners of New Mexico which developed and managed in excess of fifty (50) million dollars in new asset constructions and/or single tenant expansion projects before moving to the Phoenix, Arizona market. Larry’s affiliation with Platinum Management Company gives the clients the advantage needed in today’s market providing extensive expertise in all facets of commercial real estate.
