Peter began his real estate career in San Diego California in 2002, as the Manager of the Coronado Shores luxury Condominiums in Coronado, California, Peter met Walt Brown and together conceived the idea of opening a commercial property management company in the Phoenix Metro area. In May 2005, Peter moved to Scottsdale and opened PMC, LLC dba. Platinum Management Company.

Peter’s management career spans over three decades with 24 years of experience in upper management in the hospitality business. While working for companies such as Holiday Inn’s, Promus, Hilton, Westin and Omni Hotels, Peter traveled throughout the Western United states and assisted in hotel openings, closings, conversions, customer service culture implementation and daily hotel operations. Peter was part of a team that created the Omni Hotels “Moments of Service” culture that is standard in all Omni Hotels throughout the United States today. Peter has implemented that customer service culture in the management philosophy of PMC and portrays this culture through the working relationships with Owners, Tenants and Service providers.

Peter is married to his wife Chris and has two children, Susie & Cody. Peter is very involved in his children’s club sports. Between Susie playing Girls Fast Pitch Softball and Cody playing Baseball, the majority of Peter’s spare time is spent attending club sports.

Larry Brown is responsible for the new business development, leasing and sales efforts of Platinum Management Company. Larry’s background represents over fourteen (14) years of related professional real estate experience and is diverse in all aspects of property management from leasing, brokerage and commercial development. Larry is one of the founders of Diversified Partners of New Mexico which developed and managed in excess of fifty (50) million dollars in new asset constructions and/or single tenant expansion projects before moving to the Phoenix, Arizona market. Larry’s affiliation with Platinum Management Company gives the clients the advantage needed in today’s market providing extensive expertise in all facets of commercial real estate.
