Tramonto Marketplace is a new power center located on the northeast corner of Interstate 17 & Carefree Highway in Phoenix, Arizona. This power center will be anchored by Home Depot, Kohl's and Bed, Bath & Beyond along with over 77,000 square feet of shop space and restaurants. Tramonto Marketplace is scheduled to be available during the third quarter of 2007.
