Placita de Oro is a 50,575 square foot shopping center planned for completion in the first quarter of 2007. The new project is located on the Southwest corner of First Avenue and Tangerine Road in Oro Valley, Arizona. Placita de Oro will be anchored by Ace Hardware as well as approximately 22,750 square feet of shop space, a 4,000 square foot pad building and 7,625 square feet of future PAD shops building.
